Project Manager (E-commerce)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to orchestrate the development and delivery of our B2B e-commerce platform. You will be the central point of contact, ensuring that our development, UI/UX, and QA teams work in sync to deliver high-quality products on schedule. The perfect candidate is a master of Agile methodologies and excels at communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What You'll Do

• Develop and manage project plans, roadmaps, and backlogs.
• Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings.
• Coordinate and facilitate communication across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and proactively develop mitigation plans.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates on project status.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of features and products.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a software development environment, preferably with e-commerce platforms.
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects from conception to completion.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies; certification (CSM, PMP) is a plus.
• Expertise with project management software such as Jira or Asana.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to understand technical requirements and facilitate communication between development and business teams.
• Experience working with remote, distributed teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
