Senior Mobile UI/UX Designer (E-commerce)

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and experienced Senior Mobile UI/UX Designer to shape the user experience of our new B2B e-commerce mobile application. You will be responsible for the entire design process, from user research and journey mapping to creating pixel-perfect, intuitive interfaces. You have a strong portfolio of e-commerce projects and a passion for creating engaging and user-friendly mobile shopping experiences.

What You'll Do

• Lead the UI/UX design for our Flutter-based e-commerce mobile app
• Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
• Conduct user research to understand B2B customer needs and behaviors
• Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency
• Establish and maintain a design system to ensure a cohesive user experience
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, data, and stakeholder input

What We're Looking For

• 5-7 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer, with at least 3 years focused on native mobile e-commerce applications (iOS and Android).
• An outstanding portfolio that showcases your design process and features successful, data-driven e-commerce projects.
• Expert-level proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma.
• Deep understanding of Apple's Human Interface Guidelines and Google's Material Design principles.
• Proven experience in conducting the full range of user research activities, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and A/B testing.
• Experience creating and maintaining comprehensive design systems that ensure consistency and scalability.
• Ability to translate complex B2B requirements into simple, intuitive, and beautiful user interfaces.
• Strong understanding of mobile accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to clearly articulate design decisions to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
