Operations Manager (Warehouse)

About the Role

As Operations Manager( Fulfilment & Transport), the successful candidate will oversee a dynamic, agile, and people‑focused logistics operation. The incumbent’s primary responsibility is to ensure the branch logistics team operates at peak performance while aligning all activities with financial targets, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and corporate policies. What You'll Do

• Build a strong layer of supervisors/associates to support the ground operations team to ensure all inbound and outbound workflows are properly handled in accordance with network guidelines, procedures, and delivery SLAs.
• Communicate fulfilment center constraints to key stakeholders to ensure inventory capabilities are fully aligned to reduce overstocks, eliminate out-of-stocks and deadstock.
• Monitor and create a feedback loop with 3P/OS vendors to ensure performance is optimal and key business metrics and network standards are being met.
• Invest time in training a new generation of strong people ready to take on new challenges and opportunities while maintaining the same level of excellence in execution.
• Equip logistics teams with the necessary tools, resources, and real-time data to operate at peak efficiency.
• Identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Streamline workflows through continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights to empower agile decision-making.
• Invest in training and mentoring team members to cultivate a pipeline of talent capable of scaling operations while maintaining excellence in execution.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Transportation & Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field—or equivalent professional credentials.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing, logistics, and operational management—preferably including last-mile logistics and inventory systems.
• Experience with ERP/inventory systems
