We are looking for an experienced Senior Odoo Developer to lead the customization and development of our in-house B2B e-commerce platform. You will be responsible for designing and implementing complex Odoo modules, primarily focusing on inventory, accounting, and sales workflows. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the Odoo framework and is passionate about building scalable, high-quality ERP solutions.

• Architect, develop, and maintain custom Odoo modules to meet business requirements
• Integrate Odoo with third-party services and our mobile e-commerce application
• Optimize application performance and ensure scalability
• Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code
• Collaborate with project managers and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues within the Odoo ecosystem

ما نبحث عنه

• 5+ years of proven experience in Odoo development, specifically with versions 14, 15, and 16.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Expert-level proficiency in Python and a deep understanding of the Odoo ORM framework.
• Strong experience in creating custom Odoo modules from the ground up, not just extending existing ones.
• Demonstrable experience with Odoo Enterprise and its core modules (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, MRP).
• Proficient in PostgreSQL, including writing complex queries and optimizing database performance.
• Experience with Odoo front-end development (QWeb, OWL, JavaScript) is highly desirable.
• Solid understanding of integrating Odoo with third-party systems using XML-RPC, JSON-RPC, and REST APIs.
• Proficient with Git for version control and experience working in a collaborative development environment (code reviews, pull requests).
• Experience with Linux/Ubuntu server environments and deploying/maintaining Odoo instances.
